DINING


BREAKFAST
If you have booked 1 or 2 nights overnight accommodation as part of your LUX package this includes a full hot and cold buffet breakfast. 

Breakfast is served in the main Rowan's restaurant:
Sunday:  7am - 10am

Monday: 6am - 12noon

 

Breakfast is served so early on the Sunday night/Monday morning so that you can finish dancing at 6am and go straight in for breakfast before hitting the sack for a well deserved sleep! 

There is no need to book your a table for breakfast but needless to say you may have to wait to be seated at peak times. The restaurant staff will check your wrist band and room number on entry. 

LUNCH and DINNER

There is a full bar snack menu that is available via room service or in the main bar and lounge area that hotel guests and visitors can order from (can be charged to your room or paid for when ordering).

 

However, given the number of attendees we have at LUX each year it's been recognised that this puts the hotel's staff and catering department under an extreme amount of pressure, especially at peak times. On this basis a range of buffet menus have been created just for our LUX attendees for the Saturday and Sunday nights as well as the Monday lunchtime. 

 

NEW LUX Buffet Menus

To enable the hotel to serve food more quickly and efficiently when the hotel is busy, this year we have a created a range of buffet menus. 

Please note: that you must book your table in advance as the restaurant naturally has a maximum capacity that can obviously be exceeded at peak times. Please book your table via the hotel's website (link below menus) and mention you are with the Ceroc group in the notes.

The menus and costs for 2024 are yet to be confirmed, but those for 2023 are listed below as a guide - as follows:

SATURDAY DINNER

£22.50 per head and available from 6pm - 9.45pm

Filet of chalk stream salmon trout, Capers lemon and cherry tomato and herbs and

lemon oil

Spinach gnocchi with leaf spinach cherry tomatoes and truffle dressing

Traditional Lasagne with garlic ciabatta

Olive oil fondant potatoes with sage and thyme
Fine French beans with confit shallots

Little gem lettuce with rustic croutons and Caesars dressing

SUNDAY DINNER

£22.50 per head and available from 6pm - 9.45pm

Champagne and wild mushroom risotto with broad beans and chives

£15.95 per head and available from 1pm - 3pm
